Damages, Defects & Incorrect Orders


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at:

support@hunnee.com

To process your claim, please include:

• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos showing the damage or defect

Our team will review your request and determine whether the item qualifies for a replacement or refund.

 

Returns & Exchanges


Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns only for unopened and unused items.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

For safety and quality reasons, opened or used consumable products cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Email support@hunnee.com with your order number.
  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.


Exchanges:

Unopened items may be exchanged for a different flavor, subject to availability.


Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing:

Once your return or claim has been received and approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 3 to 7 business days for processing after inspection.
• Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.

Honey Crystallization (Totally Normal)

We use real raw organic unfiltered honey. Because of this, natural crystallization may occur. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality, safety, or flavor of your Hunnee.
