matcha carries the natural caffeine of a cup of ceremonial matcha, roughly 30 to 40mg, with l-theanine to smooth it. focus is nearly caffeine-free: the coffee fruit extract is the fruit, not the bean. so the bundle is far gentler than two coffees.
matcha first thing, stirred into milk or eaten straight. focus whenever your deep work block starts, usually late morning or early afternoon. put your phone in another room.
you can. plenty of people take focus with their coffee. if you're trying to cut back, matcha is the easiest swap we know of.
it's a functional mushroom with a growing body of research around cognitive health. we use the fruiting body extract, not mycelium on grain, because that's where the studied compounds are.
yes. it's pre-whisked into honey, so it stirs into cold or warm milk in about ten seconds with no clumps and no whisk. and because it's honey, you never add sweetener either.
it's not a stimulant in the coffee sense, but we'd keep it before 3pm so it never gets in the way of your evening.
each sachet carries roughly 15g of raw honey, nothing added. raw honey's glycemic index typically sits around 50-58 - noticeably gentler than table sugar's ~65 - so energy releases steadier, not spikier. it's still real sugar though, and we'd never pretend otherwise.
blame the paperwork, not the honey. fda labeling rules require every gram of sugar that comes from honey to be listed as added sugars - even when the honey is the product. every gram on our label comes from the raw washington state honey itself. we never add table sugar, syrups, or sweeteners of any kind - check the ingredient list, it's all there.
our ingredients are clean and recognizable, but one firm rule: never give honey to babies under 1 year old (risk of infant botulism). for young kids, a quick pediatrician okay is always smart.
nope. honey is naturally shelf-stable - just keep it in a cool, dry spot out of direct sunlight and it's happy.

Tasted great. Not as easy to mix as I had hoped.
I am not going back to capsules
I have tried every focus capsule on the shelf and I always quit because swallowing a handful of pills every morning is miserable. This is one sachet, it tastes like dessert, and I can hold my attention on one task for a full afternoon. I am not going back.
This stuff is amazing! I’ll be packing this for my future travels!
