straight from the sachet is the classic move - tear, squeeze, done. or stir it into milk, water, tea, yogurt, cottage cheese, oatmeal, or a smoothie. if you can drizzle it, it works. no shaker, no prep, no cleanup.
each sachet carries roughly 15g of raw honey, nothing added. raw honey's glycemic index typically sits around 50-58 - noticeably gentler than table sugar's ~65 - so energy releases steadier, not spikier. it's still real sugar though, and we'd never pretend otherwise.
