Straight from the sachet is the classic move - tear, squeeze, done. Or stir it into milk, water, tea, yogurt, cottage cheese, oatmeal, or a smoothie. If you can drizzle it, it works. No shaker, no prep, no cleanup.

Each sachet carries roughly 15g of raw honey, nothing added. Raw honey’s glycemic index typically sits around 50–58 - noticeably gentler than table sugar’s ~65 - so energy releases steadier, not spikier. It’s still real sugar though, and we’d never pretend otherwise.

Blame the paperwork, not the honey. FDA labeling rules require every gram of sugar that comes from honey to be listed as Added Sugars - even when the honey IS the product. The same rule applies to a jar of pure maple syrup at the store. Every gram on our label comes from the raw Washington State honey itself. We never add table sugar, syrups, or sweeteners of any kind - check the ingredient list, it’s all there.

Honey is still a natural sugar and does raise blood glucose. If you’re diabetic or tracking closely, check with your doctor first - every sachet lists its full sugar content on the label.

Our ingredients are clean and recognizable, but one firm rule: never give honey to babies under 1 year old (risk of infant botulism). For young kids, a quick pediatrician okay is always smart.
